62. Understanding Yourself Beyond Your Personality

I have a controversial topic I'm sharing today - and that is more on understanding yourself beyond just your personality.  We can often use our personality in different situations to explain the "way that we are". Instead of just "being bossy" or "confrontational", it's about finding the right balance between being assertive and staying true to yourself.  I talk more about the Enneagram as a means to understand personality and how we can use it to bring forth self-awareness and discernment in our interactions with others. I want this episode to help you think about how your personality traits affect your relationships and to strive for a deeper self-understanding to foster more genuine connections with the people around you.
