Todays episode was an impromptu episode made on the way home from MMA training.

I had been delaying the creation of the podcast for a number of reasons, none of which truly prevented me from starting. After some self-reflection, I found it mainly stemmed from being a perfectionist. I felt the best way for me to overcome this and get started is by simply getting started. Taking the first step simply allows you to no longer fear imperfection. This is my message to those who are going through the same, because I know you are out there and I know you are sitting on a pile of brilliant ideas that could transform the world.
