Waiting is hard because we’re also designed for glory—we catch glimpses of the way it should be and get heartsick having to wait. We struggle so much in the meantime—but if there wasn’t a “meantime” to struggle/pray/worship God, it would not be as full of a life. Patience is the difference between choosing to wait well and being stressed and anxious and in a hurry all the time.
