Throughout the 1970s, Patrick Mackay drifted between hostels, churches, and borrowed homes while secretly carrying out a series of brutal attacks that would eventually make him one of Britain's most notorious serial killers. As detectives investigated what first appeared to be the murder of a single Catholic priest, they uncovered a trail of violence stretching back years, forcing them to ask a terrifying question: just how many people had Patrick Mackay really killed? Unfortunatley, even after his conviction, that question has never been truly been answered.
