I am super excited today because I am joined by Lea Hughes who is an incredible soul, who is thriving with stage four breast cancer. She is the embodiment of living holistically and not letting your diagnosis mean anything about you and really using it as a catalyst to live in total alignment and use this diagnosis as an opportunity to be your best self live your best life.

“It’s really interesting because people always say, you know, like how traumatic must that have been to be diagnosed with stage four cancer. And as it was, you know, there's nothing kind of, there's nothing nice about that. But at the same time for me, it was, it was a really welcome change to the lifestyle that I've been living.”

“I think that was one of the penny drop moments for me, where I was like, wow, that's insane. Like, cause that is so me, I genuinely voiced like, I'm I wasn't angry. I wasn't, you know, there wasn't any, I wasn't sad. I was genuinely frustrated. Like I always used to feel like there was some, there was something inside of me that I wasn't allowing to come out. Like almost like this feeling of being like trapped inside myself, if that makes sense. And I think that human design just really allowed me to kind of let that out and to be like, okay, this is who I'm supposed to be.”
