Often times, if you’re a high achiever like me, you struggle to think of a win to celebrate and share or you feel guilty for everything you have, knowing most people have it so much worse.
There’s another way to think about gratitude prompts and sharing wins. In this episode we break down how you can use those prompts to rewire and reverse the need for external validation (which we’re all conditioned for, to some degree).
Rewire your own need first and then show your kids how to think differently, so they too can be free from the need for external validation.
