Episode 196: Sally McNeil

Sally McNeil, also known as “Killer Sally”, grew up in a violent home and suffered from physical abuse. As she grew up she joined the Marines to escape an abusive husband and eventually found an interest in bodybuilding. Sally not only found success in bodybuilding, but she also found her husband and fellow bodybuilder Ray McNeil. Then on Valentine’s Day 1995 life for the both of them, and Sally's children, changed forever. Grab a drink and let’s get into it!
