Our society is so overwhelmed with "good vibes culture" that it can be hard to sort through our emotions when they're anything other that happy and amazing! Rubie and I talk about what toxic positivity can look like, how to get more real, and tangible ways to look at our emotions to really get in touch with how we feel.
