Dans cet épisode, Bridgette, animatrice du podcast Jeunes En Action, s'entretient avec Chaya Kumar, qui a utilisé sa subvention #JeunesEnAction pour créer un atelier en deux parties pour les jeunes réfugiés et immigrants dans le but de discuter la santé mentale et l'assimilation culturelle.
