What is healing anyway?

Often we view ourselves as broken, we view ourselves as damaged goods unworthy of love, success, and joy.

I want to start shifting the mindset of "I'm broken and I need to be fixed" to "I love and accept myself, no matter what"

You are so much more than your trauma.

You are so much more than your past.

You are so much more than what your negative thoughts tell you, you are.

Dance with your shadow, and it will become one with your light.

Healing doesn't happen in isolation it happens in a community. It's crucial to be around people who support you in healing your wounds.

Surround yourself with people who inspire you to be the best version you deserve to be.

It's your birthright.

Who are the people that make my heart feel warm, safe, and secure?

What makes me feel like a kid in a candy store, and how can I incorporate more of that in my life?

You deserve it all, trauma and all, past and all, you are worth it.

You are enough.
