The mainstream media usually gets the headline and takeaway wrong from court developments, and they did it again with Judge Altman’s ruling about Trump’s emergency motion to stop his tax returns and financial documents for all 400 of his companies being produced to the BBC in Trump’s defamation case. Popok explains that although the Judge “granted” the motion on paper, it really signals the beginning of the end of the suit because Trump can never prove that he personally, reputationally suffered “10 billion” in damages, especially since his reputation about Jan6 and his role in the violence is incapable of being defamed!
