Dr. Hudson’s Counseling Corner
Education
This is a wonderful chat with Ms. Laura Ross, the 2020 ASCA National School Counselor of the Year! Ms. Ross is a School Counselor at Five Forks Middle School in Georgia; which is an ASCA RAMP school!
Ms. Ross shares her journey to becoming a School Counselor and gives great insight into what makes an excellent comprehensive School Counseling program, the importance of data, the importance of involving stakeholders, and how assessment fits into our School Counseling Programs.
It was a delight speaking with Ms. Ross! I know that you will enjoy listening to her views and insight as much as I did!
Thank you and congratulations, again, Ms. Ross!
