The Season 3 reunion kicks off with plenty of unresolved tension, as Andy Cohen immediately dives into the cast’s biggest controversies. Brittany is facing her first reunion without Jax, while their divorce and custody battle remain ongoing. The cast discusses Jax’s recent attempts to reconnect with Danny, including the shocking claim that Jax wanted to return to the show specifically to “take down” Danny. Brittany also opens up about her relationship with Brandon, revealing that she gave him around $10,000 and admitting that she was vulnerable after her relationship with Jax. She says she is now working with an abuse coach and learning to establish stronger boundaries. Meanwhile, Kristen reflects on her mental health and motherhood, and the Bookos confirm that their baby-making days are officially over—although they haven't actually confirmed whether Nia’s husband’s vasectomy worked.

Things get especially heated when Michelle and Lacy come face-to-face to rehash their explosive history. The two offer dramatically different versions of their confrontation, with accusations of yelling, threats, text messages, cease-and-desist letters, and even claims that one was trying to control the other’s relationship with Jesse. Jesse insists Michelle is being fake and performative, while Michelle maintains that Lacy is chaotic and unstable. The discussion also brings Michelle’s dating life back into the spotlight, including her relationship with Dr. Dre, her flirtatious friendship with Schwartz, and Janet’s admitted crush on her. The cast questions whether Janet’s feelings would be viewed differently if a man had expressed them, adding another layer of tension to an already uncomfortable conversation.

The reunion then turns toward the seemingly endless Kristen-versus-Janet feud. Kristen says she wants to see genuine growth from Janet rather than what she considers performative attempts to win back the group and the audience. Zack backs Kristen up, explaining that he wants Janet to demonstrate consistent behavior rather than simply making gestures that look good on camera. Janet and Zack finally agree to try to put the past behind them, even sharing a hug, but the peace doesn't last long before the focus shifts to Zack and Brittany’s fractured friendship. Brittany says Zack’s recent outburst hurt her deeply, while Zack explains that he spent years walking on eggshells and is now standing up for himself. Just when it seems like they might reach common ground, Kristen’s infamous “guilt trip” comment resurfaces, sending Brittany and Zack back into another emotional confrontation—and then, naturally, the reunion goes to commercial.
