Today I’m dropping a bonus episode to introduce you to one of my favorite history podcasts, History Daily. Every weekday host Lindsay Graham takes you back in time to explore an event that happened ‘on this day’ in history. The show covers everything from famous battles to fashion firsts; medicine, science, technology, religion, politics and sports. The episodes are a quick 15 minutes each so I’m going to share 2 I think you will enjoy. First, a look at the January 24, 1536 jousting accident which transformed athletic king Henry VIII into a paranoid, overweight tyrant. And then the March 24, 1603 death of his daughter, Elizabeth I after a glorious 44 year reign. I’ll be back on Tuesday with a new episode of History Tea Time. But until then, Please enjoy History Daily! A Noiser Airship Production.
Join me every Tuesday when I'm Spilling the Tea on History!
