Sophisticated Savage Episode 3

Neuropsychology PhD candidate, lifelong martial artist, and owner of Total Confidence Martial Arts, David Brown joins us for episode 3 of Sophisticated Savage. David teaches Muay Thai kickboxing and Close Range Tactics out of San Antonio, Texas. David works with martial artists of various ages starting at age 8. David is one of the smartest and most well rounded people I know. He is working towards his PhD, well read, an excellent cook, and great martial artist. He inspires his students to push beyond what they think can be accomplished. The conversation today focused on the control of ones own mind and how important that is for achieving goals.
