Jenny Cheifetz is a life coach and breathwork facilitator at Jentle Coaching. She lives in New Hampshire with her husband, two teenage children, and two dogs. She works with women and athletes who desire to feel more calm, confident, aligned, and compassionate toward themselves. In addition to coaching, Jenny leads a community of sports-loving women on Facebook called Sideline Sisters.
