NINE FOOT SASQUATCH SPOTTED ON VANCOUVER ISLAND HIGHWAY | MASSIVE CREATURE WATCHING FROM THE RIVER

In this episode of Sasquatch Theory, I interview Doug from Vancouver, Canada, who shares multiple powerful Sasquatch encounters that took place on Vancouver Island — one of the most active Bigfoot regions in North America. Around 2010 in late spring, Doug and his nephew Nathan were traveling across Vancouver Island to work on a mural project. While driving near a dry creek bed, Doug felt a sudden overwhelming sensation and noticed what he first believed was a man standing near the roadside.

As they passed, both Doug and Nathan realized they were looking at a massive Sasquatch. The creature stood nearly nine feet tall, had no visible neck, extremely thick arms and legs, and dark, dense hair. It stood watching them as they drove by. Because of highway barriers, they were unable to turn around — leaving the encounter burned into their memory. Doug later describes another experience near Gold River where he discovered massive footprints, strange teepee-style structures, and witnessed another large creature sitting on a rock near the riverbank — an image he describes as similar to something straight out of Harry and the Hendersons.
