My guest today is Laura, although she’s better known on TikTok as @thebpspouse, short for bipolar spouse. As someone who has bipolar 1 disorder like her husband does, I have to say she’s given me huge insights into what my partners have gone through while I’ve suffered from mania and depression, because it affects the whole family.

I’ve enjoyed watching her on TikTok for a while now not only because she makes learning about bipolar entertaining, but also because her account is full of so many great tips and is just overall very educational.
