Judged by Works? What was Paul Thinking!?

The Scriptures are clear about judgment and salvation, but if we read verses and passages without context we find ourselves confused and uncertain.

Romans 2:5-16 is one such example and in this case we really need a sketch of the first three chapters of the letter to the Romans to know what Paul is doing.
