Hans Globke was the civil servant responsible for framing the Nuremberg anti-Jewish race laws. Yet somehow he returned to post war government and became an architect of the modern German state. The Times’ Berlin correspondent Oliver Moody joins Al Murray and James Holland to explain how it happened.
