The Sleepwalker Murders

Today Gem tells Lana two bizarre stories of murder where sleepwalking was used as a defence in court. The death of Serdar Caliskan occurred just outside Melbourne in 2023 at the hands of his wife of over twenty years, while Yarmila Falater was stabbed over 40 times and then drowned in a swimming pool in 1997 in Arizona by her husband of twenty years. So what are your thoughts? Can a person be held legally responsible of murder while allegedly asleep?
