My good friend, Roger Lee, Managing Director, Owner, and Founder of Roger Lee Arts, joins us in episode 055 of SHIPS! Roger and I talk about how failure is essential for success in both the arts and in any field, how vital it is to change our mindset for success, and how liberating it is to create your own work as an artist. We discuss Roger's career as a dancer and finding his entrepreneurial path in the arts.
