This week, Ryan and David are joined by our special guest and longtime listener, Lovely Leah, joining us all the way from Australia! Jabba’s Palace also unlocks one of Ryan’s childhood memories as he shares the story of the Jabba the Hutt-inspired play he put on in the fifth grade, which somehow became complete mass hysteria!

Together, we journey from the strange creatures and musical numbers of Jabba’s Palace to the forests of Endor, the unfinished second Death Star, and the emotional final confrontation between Luke Skywalker, Darth Vader, and the Emperor. Along the way, we discuss adding Ewoks blinks , “Yub Nub,” Vader’s redemption, and whether anyone in Jabba’s Palace sleeps somewhere that is not behind one giant curtain?!

Join us as we laugh, get nostalgic, and become surprisingly emotional while celebrating the movie that brought the original Star Wars trilogy to a powerful and hopeful conclusion.
