In today's episode, I coach Rachael, who runs a catering business with her husband that looks good on paper but was built through force, and now finds herself in functional burnout with one foot in it and one foot in something of her own.

We get into the real reason she can't hand anything over, the story that quality drops the moment she delegates, and why that is an identity belief, not the truth. We get into building the systems that let her opt out in small steps, then go deeper into her largely unconscious chart, why forcing mental clarity about how her body feels will never work, and how to rebuild trust with her sacral when it has been running on empty.
