Lately, my inner critic has been going OFF on me, throwing the classic jabs like;“You’re not good enough”“It’s too late”"You're too old"“You’re doing a bad job”and the list goes on and on. And truth be told, I was starting to believe every single one of those lies. That is until I asked myself two small questions that changed the game--Does any of that have to be the truth? -Is there an alternate set of thoughts I can choose to believe about myself?A...

Lately, my inner critic has been going OFF on me, throwing the classic jabs like;

“You’re not good enough”

“It’s too late”

"You're too old"

“You’re doing a bad job”

and the list goes on and on.

And truth be told, I was starting to believe every single one of those lies. That is until I asked myself two small questions that changed the game-

-Does any of that have to be the truth?

-Is there an alternate set of thoughts I can choose to believe about myself?

And asking myself those bad babies nipped my negative self-talk in the bud. If you’re anything like me and struggle with quieting your inner critic, then today's episode is for you (and me).
