Live Webinar ➡️ https://signup.thesistersenchanted.com/witchywomen_2026Here's what happens to so many of us when we come to witchery...We arrive with a list: Fix the anxiety. Fix the people-pleasing. Fix whatever's in the twelfth house that explains why we're like this. We peel back the birth chart looking for the answer to what's wrong with me and we call it a healing journey. But look at anything alive. A tree grows and drops limbs and grows again. Some years it blooms enormous and some years it's just trying its best. The grass changes and the rocks change. Nothing in the natural world is continuously improving .And that tree with the old laundry line grown into the bark? The mark doesn't go away, the tree just keeps growing around it.That's you! Growing and spiraling and shifting and releasing and all the things. In this episode I'm inviting you to leave healing at the doorstep and pick up something better: awareness, presence, and the self-trust that doesn't require there to be anything to fix.In this episode:🌀 Why the "growth = up and to the right" model is not the vibe🌿 What trees, grass, and seawalls know about change that self-help doesn't🖤 The difference between real shadow work and validation-seeking dressed up as shadow work✨ How to work with a trigger cyclically - shift it, shed it, compost it, repeat!🔥 Why wanting to get better at something (sewing, writing, tarot) is completely different from trying to fix yourself💫 Why you need people around you doing the same work and what changes when you find themYou're not a problem to be solved! Remember that 🌙Stay Magic, Enchanted Sister!---------FAQ's:Is spiritual growth linear? No. Spiritual growth is cyclical. You move through repeating seasons of blooming, shedding, and composting by returning to the same lessons at wider and wider turns of the spiral. The idea that you should be steadily improving in one upward direction is a cultural story, not a spiritual one.Do you have to "fix" yourself to grow spiritually? No. You're not broken, so there's nothing to fix. Real spiritual practice is about awareness, intention, and presence through noticing what's rising, holding it with care, and letting it go when it's ready. Not diagnosing what's wrong with you. What does it mean that growth is a spiral? It means you'll meet the same trigger, the same armor, and the same old story more than once. Each time you meet it, you're meeting it from a different place. You shed it, something new emerges, and the circle of you gets wider. Is shadow work about healing your flaws? Not exactly. Shadow work isn't self-diagnosis and it isn't trauma dumping. It's recognizing the armor when it surfaces, seeing it for what it is, and choosing to drop it again and again, without shame.
