In the last edition of the IPL the Rajasthan Royals surprised many by securing their best finish in 12 years.
That would be worth a podcast episode in itself but even more interesting to the Rajasthan story has been the recent global expansion of the brand.
This year's CPL has seen the Royals group really stamp their mark on the Barbados Royals franchise and it seems to have paid off with a fantastic start to the tournament.
We sat with the CEO of the franchise, Jake Lush McCrum, to unpick the art of being a franchise CEO and what plans he has for the Royals group going forward.
