Purgatory

This is Episode 4 of Season 12. Helen is still unconscious, as far as the medical profession can detect, but she's keeping herself amused in her head. And getting very bored. Her daughter Janey and son-in-law Jonathan are also trying to keep their spirits up, while the medical staff have problems of their own to contend with.
