This weeks episode was initially going to be something a bit different but time got away with us, we were knackered after a long day filming and its St Patrick's Day here in Ireland and we fancied a Guinness, so we're kicking back for a chilled out chat just for the craic.

SupHubNI is a Stand Up Paddleboard business based in Bangor, Northern Ireland, offers lesson, courses, events, social gatherings and more. Our aim is to build a hub in the heart of Bangor to make the most of the beautiful waters surrounding us. SUP provides an easy access, safe and fun way to get on the water. This podcast hopes to open up conversation about the world of SUP, share stories, talk gear, offer advice and have fun.
