Metaphysical roadblocks

In this episode I’m going to talk about metaphysical roadblocks. Metaphysical roadblocks are non-physical obstacles, for instance, non-beneficial beliefs, emotional, ancestral or past life trauma, or spiritual barriers, that can hinder a person's ability to fully heal and achieve wholeness. 

Before we get started, its worth remembering that we only perceive about one-tenth of a billionth of the electromagnetic spectrum, so most of what exists in our reality are things we cannot see, hear, smell, taste or touch. It’s only when we slow down and take notice of our bodies, our emotions and feelings, our surroundings, that we can become aware of this unseen world.
