Anxiety is something that many of us struggle with... now more than ever! Between what's going on in the world, what's going on in our personal lives, and what our brain is telling us on the day-to-day... it can be a lot to handle!
From two girls with a lot of first-hand experience in this arena, we wanted to create an episode to share with you all of the different techniques we've found to help ease anxiety symptoms. We talk through so many different approaches including mental visualizations, breathwork, physical movement, essential oils, cute dog videos, and everything in between.
Anything we discuss in this episode is safe to use (especially in moderation) so feel free to try it out at home! We are sending you all of the virtual hugs and lots of extra coziness because we know how uncomfortable anxiety can be. Just know that we are all in this together and everything will be okay.
