AFL Fantasy 2026 - Round 12 Review | Wilsonnnn, Blake’s Back & One Week Pete

This week Heff is joined by Jordy D’Sena to review Round 12 of the 2026 AFL Fantasy season from a draft and keeper league perspective.

Billy Wilson was one of the big stories of the round after producing another strong score in what looks like a fantasy-friendly half-back role. With Carlton giving him kick-ins and enough ball use behind the play, we break down whether this is something that can stick, or whether draft and keeper league coaches need to be careful before getting too carried away.

Blake Acres also returned to the Carlton side and immediately put himself back on the radar. He has been a proven 75-80 average type in the past, and with injuries opening up opportunities, we discuss whether he’s worth a waiver look and what his role might look like moving forward.

Pete Ladhams reminded everyone why he’s always worth streaming when he gets the solo ruck role. With Brodie Grundy out, One Week Pete delivered again, and we look at just how useful he can be in the right matchup, even if the opportunity might only be short-term.

We also dig into the other big scores, waiver targets and role changes from the round, with plenty of names to discuss including Patrick Voss, Rory Lobb, Jack Silvagni, Lachie Cowan, Jye Amiss, Toby Bedford, Harry Kyle, Cameron Nairn and Saad El-Hawli.

Plus, we take a look at the mid-season draftees and discuss which players could have fantasy relevance in draft and keeper leagues moving forward.
