Firstly I want to apologise for not releasing an episode last week. I have been having one of those mental few weeks, where I have been working every day and not resting. The result is that I have had no time to record episodes and very little sleep.
The result of all work and no rest or play has resulted in me being close being broken both physically and mentally, which is no good for anyone. I need to change myself, and if you are going through the same issue as me, I feel you and let’s do something about this together.
