Equestrians Taking Action Beyond Awareness

In this episode I share why I believe the work we are embarking on together is so important, maybe even the most important, for us to do as equestrians, do a brief reading from Cleaning Up Your Mental Mess by Dr. Caroline Leaf to show you where I am leading you this season, and I discuss the difference between Growth and Healing on your journey of self-discovery and the unique path each of us may choose along the way to get the support we want or need, just as we do when deciding how to advance our riding or horsemanship. I finish the episode by expressing again the importance of the work we are embarking on and how it is only fair for us to be willing to do the hard work when we expect it of our horses.
