Jennifer & The Narcissistic Father Who Killed Her Mother

In this episode of Narcissist Apocalypse, Brandon talks with Jennifer about growing up with a narcissistic father whose coercive control and physical violence ultimately led to the murder of her mother, Martha.

As a child, Jennifer watched her father terrorize her mother while trying to protect her younger siblings from the chaos surrounding them. When Jennifer's mother finally left and filed for divorce, the abuser's behavior escalated into stalking, threats, and court-ordered visits that placed the children directly in danger. Despite repeated warnings, law enforcement failed to intervene before the abuser killed Jennifer's mother outside the school where she worked.

Jennifer also shares how the trauma of her mother’s death followed her into adulthood. Her story explores the lifelong impact of witnessing domestic violence, the devastating consequences of systemic failure, and the difficult process of releasing shame and rebuilding a life in honor of her mother.
