Young Blood - Men’s Mental Health
Health & Fitness:Mental Health
For more than a year, Ben Hampton was constantly sick, in pain and out of sorts. The scariest part was, he had no idea why... All the doctors and all the tests told Ben there was nothing wrong with him. But he didn't feel right and started to believe it was all in his head. It wasn't till a friend suggested he test for coeliac disease that he finally got an answer and a whole new way of life - gluten free. Ben's a busy father of two who's had to learn to adapt his life around coeliac disease and a big part of it is sharing his story. --------------- You can find all Young Blood - Men's Mental Health podcasts here: https://linktr.ee/youngbloodmmh Join us on socials!
