In this episode, I'm on location deep in the Australian high country with James Bath, chasing Sambar deer. These deer might be the most elusive critters I've ever laid eyes on. We dive into why James is so addicted to hunting Sambar, how everything's literally upside down down there (south-facing slopes you hunt, the sun, even the stars), and the way these deer just melt into the bush and disappear right in front of you.
