Dr. Robert Carter holds a Ph.D. in Marine Science from the University of Miami, where he was awarded the Maytag Doctoral Fellowship. He has conducted extensive research in marine ecology and genetic engineering, contributing to the development of protocols for cloning fluorescent proteins. Dr. Carter's work led to the creation of transgenic zebrafish and a patented gene licensed to Promega, Inc. He also has a background in human genetics and has worked on research projects published in both secular and faith-based journals.
