Clem Bianchi arrives at New Penzance, gingerly carrying a box of goop-based explosives on its way to a legendary drug maven - who, for some reason, needs goop-based explosives. When an old friend from a previous visit shows up, Clem accepts his offer of a quick route through town - only to come face-to-face with the footprint that a hoverboard sports superdrome has left on the people of New Penzance.
