2468: Harena Rare Earths: Mining licence granted, on to pilot plant!

It's been a strong week for Harena Rare Earths First, the company was mentioned in President Trump's White House briefing, following a big conference on critical minerals. Then, the next day, it was granted its Mining Terms and Conditions by the Madagascar government. This means the company is now in a strong position to move ahead with plans for a pilot plant at its Ampasindava project. Ivan Murphy, Harena's executive chairman, joins Vox to tell us more.
