Thirty five miles can feel like an ocean when the fuel gauge won’t move and the interstate is a museum of dead cars. We follow Jack as he watches his range collapse into a single choice: keep rolling until the truck dies, or get off the road now while he can still pick the ground where he stops. He finds a rural exit, hides the truck in a tight clearing, and lays out every last resource like a case file: food that might stretch a week, water that won’t, ammo that disappears faster than anyone wants to admit, and one small tool that changes everything, a siphon hose.
