Episode 6, the finale. Helen, our elderly heroine, is still unconscious after her collision with the pavement. Jon and Janey and Susie are still anxiously awaiting the results of the scan, and the medical staff in the Accident and Emergency Department are just about keeping their heads above water with the weekend rush as well as random relatives - or are they?
