We made it to a brand new year! 2023 already, I can’t believe it!
I hope you were able to get a lot of rest and relaxation during your break with your friends and family. I know that some of you might be thinking that you don’t want to head back to work and I get it, so whether you’re back already or preparing to head back, I figured you might not need therapy ideas right now, you might need more of a pep talk.
So I’m taking a break from therapy tips to bring you some tips for yourself and how you can start the year off strong. In this episode of SLP Coffee Talk, I’m sharing my top five words of advice for you as you begin another year in the speech room.
It’s a brand new year and it’s the perfect time to give yourself a little grace in the classroom and stop being so hard on yourself. Your students don’t know when things don’t go perfectly. They have fun when you do.
Tune in to hear more about my tips for starting the new year off strong with your speech therapy students so that you can be the best SLP you can be.
