Phoung Loung believes that “diversity” is a catch-all word. She’s not wrong. Diversity movements tend to blanket the advancement of minority genders, ethnicities, and promote all forms of inclusion. If we’re going to move the needle forward and actually make an impact, we have to get comfortable with uncomfortable conversations and situations.
