A: When living authentically makes others uncomfortable, it usually means you've interrupted their internal patterns, not that you've done anything wrong. Disruption moves stagnant energy. The moment to worry is when you start dimming yourself to restore someone else's comfort.

Q: Should I stop doing things that make others feel bad about themselves?

A: No. Someone else's discomfort with your reading, your boundaries, your parenting, or your choices is information about their inner world, not instruction for yours. You can hold grace for their reaction without folding on your boundary.
