Armed with a doctorate in music and a master's degree in organizational leadership, he currently serves as the Operations Director at Crossroads of Michigan, focusing on poverty alleviation and human-centered services in urban Detroit. Joseph brings a unique blend of musical passion and leadership acumen to the conversation to inspire our Lovin’ Leadership audience.
