A Message on the Coronavirus

This episode is a 2 part series I created about the Coronavirus. The first part was recorded at the beginning of the quarantine, and I wanted to share my thoughts on not falling into fear. After several weeks had passed without publishing that episode, I stumbled upon it and re-listened to it. Many things had changed by then in my life, and it became clear to me that facing the fear had become a big part of my life.
