Today Ian Peterman welcomes Dallan Labrum who will share some of his insights from the data market. Dallan starts off with a quick introduction to his journey and his company and continues to talk about how the process of personalization for companies works, mainly with company identity. Dallan then talks about trust of customers and the importance of it for business. He and Ian discuss the shift in company policy into something more aimed at making coworkers also friends and how that helps to motivate the workforce. Dallan and Ian continue on to talk more about customer care and how bad or inattentive customer service can cost you a lot of potential deals in the long term. Another important point that Dallan mentioned is that you can and should start with the change the soonest you can: no matter the stage of your company now. In the guest outro Dallan invites people to ask him questions and where to contact him.
