A man in Lancaster was arrested after threatening neighbors with a aerosol can with a lighter before the man cornered them with a large stick and threatened to burn down their home. A 23 year old woman in China plunged to her death after falling 160 feet. A worker fell from a hot air balloon though it only 15 feet in the air the man was lifted after he was holding on to a rope that was attached too the balloon.
