Today we're spending some time with one of the most informed runners out there, Dr. Mark Cucuzzella. Mark has made it his mission in life to help people find pain-free running. He preaches his gospel all over the world in seminars and at conferences.When he's not talking running or taking care of patients, you'll most likely find him out on the trails with beautiful form near his hometown of Shepherdstown, WV-- quite often in his bare feet.
